The card should be reflected as removable media automatically upon insertion in the card reader. Have you tried to use it with another PC? If it doesn't work in another PC, as it doesn't here, it is a hardware problem. As support info is light on their site, their forum was the only real place I found information. should assist you in further testing as necessary, and could also issue an RMA for return/replacement.
One part of your post I don't really understand is the statement that it is "detecting but shows no disk on drive" - and as well "It may detecting on Laptop
