When I select Netflix it goes to a lt. blue screen with a box stating there has been an internal error, and try again later.


1) NetFlix requires Microsoft Silverlight plug in.
Do you have it?
Check this Microsoft site to check if you have the updated version and how to install if you do not.
2) Have you tried to get onto NetFlix with a different browser?

On my Netflix it says a problem has occurred select a different item or try again later


This happens all the time, try it again in a few min. My husband says it is because too many people are trying to watch the tittle at the same time...I am not sure if it's true, after a few tries, it usually works

Why, when I go on Roku, am I able to get Netflix on a TX in one room and not in the other? Why, on one screen does it say that Netflix is experiencing internal difficulties?


"Netflix is experiencing internal difficulties" is an error message that is shown when one or more errors happen. The message usually gives you a clue on what the problem may be. In this case it is saying that the problem is at Netflix, which is nothing you can do anything about other than report it to Netflix.

About the other issue, then you aren't giving much info on the two screens. Are they they both the same model and are they connected the same way to the internet?
If possible, then try move the screen that doesn't work, into the other room and connect it with the cables from the one that does work.

Even if it do or do not work, you can figure out if the error is in the screen or in the other room (or how it is connected in the other room)

Error message when trying to play video in netflix copyright issue


upon restarting your computer keep tapping f8 until you get a boot screen, go down to disable restart upon system failure. then try to go to netflix after it boots. if it fails again, the blue screen will stay on the screen. more than likely it's saying you don't have enough memory to stream the movies.
