Hi There,
Manufacturers install protection devices in their audio systems that are there for that purpose, any loud 'thump' or 'crack' trips the protection device so the loud speaker wont be burnt out. Speakers are expensive so the manufacturer does his best to allow you to listen to very loud sound and yet provided protection in case you exceed the sound rating of the output protection device.
In your case it sounds like the protection device has done its job but has not reset, to allow more listening...
Check the operational manual that came with the amp system to see if there are re-set instructions available to you....
If you dont have the reset detail, then phone/e-mail the manufacturer to obtain the reset information...

If there is no resetting you can do as a consumer then it should be no problem for a service shop to do the reset for you...
It may be a simple internal fuse that has blown but if its not accessible from the outside then I dont suggest you go inside and make changes unless you are skilled and trained in electronic servicing...

Cheers for now YUBEUT
