Is there a mute button on the T7316E norstar phone

Have you tried another handset or especially another handset cord? Those problems are usually poor connections at the small modular connectors for the handset.

Jabra GN9350e - my voice echo's back to me but the user hears me fine, is there any way to change the feed back?

Here's what fixed it for me (running Windows 8.1 on a Surface Pro 3):
1. On your taskbar, right click on your volume control options (the little speaker icon), and choose "Recording Devices." ALTERNATIVE: You can also get there from Control Panel, searching for "sound" and selecting "change sound card settings," then go to the "recording" tab.
3. Right click on the GN9350 and select "Properties."
4. Go to the "Listen" tab.
5. Unclick the "Listen to this device" checkbox.
6. Save and exit.

Will not dial out on landline in the tone mode but

There's something wrong with the base unit that connects to the phone line. It's not sending any audio to the phone line, which would explain why tone dialing doesn't work and people can't hear you. (Pulse dialing doesn't need the audio tones so it will still work.)

I've never run across one doing this before. The problem is almost certainly some electronic failure, and I doubt there's anything you can do other than replacing the thing. If this is still under any warranty it should be up to the manufacturer to repair or replace it. If you got this from VoIP service provider, contact their customer service department.

Dial tone is active as I'm dialing, callers cannot hear me speak

Your phone is broken, the only solution is to replace it. Call Uniden Customer Service and they should be able to help you. 1-800-297-1023. ( I'm serious, there is no way you can fix this problem with out opening the base unit up and replacing a bad transistor)

GE Model 29265 Trimline Memory Phone

I just purchased the Trimline Model 29265 phone and in the instructions it says that it can be wall mounted if you reverse the handset hook in the base? Where is the handset hook and how do you reverse it. Nothing in the instructions tells you where it is nor how to fix it.
