SOURCE: Model B70, with no Kcup

The plastic cup that you drop the k-cup into is removable for cleaning. It's not obvious how it pops out, but it does with just a little pressure. In the bottom of that part is a hollow needle that punctures the bottom of the k-cup. This needle is clogged. A toothpick works pretty well, or maybe a pipe-cleaner if you have one. good luck, Al K

Sounds like a cleaning problem. Mix 1/2 vinegar and 1/2 water pout into machine and brew,WITHOUT K CUP! Do 5-6 x's and then brew plain water to rinse vinegar out. Do this several times. Should be ready to go.

I have a one cup at a time Keurig. I measure the water and pour in then Kcup coffee. I shut the covers and press brew. The coffee maker starts to heat the water but then will not pump the water through...

I have one too. Had the same problem and needed a new clean Kcup. The oil residue build up wasn't allowing the coffee to pass through. Some models also have internal filters. Bed Bath Beyond has all the replacement parts and lists the units by Model on the part. Hope this helps.

Water will not flow through k cup but will flow into mug without kcup

Check that the lower puncture pin is not clogged. Pass a fine wire through it.

Keurig B60. Brand New used maybe 4 Kcups. Now it won't fill a full cup setting. Maybe 1/4 cup. You reset, get a little more to run through. At this rate going to be a long time for a full cup. took...

if water does go thru it...try white vinagar/water mixture about 1/2 cup vinagar to full tank water..
run cycles until empty...NO Kcups..then run full tank of clean water.....

The keurig spits water into the water resevore and does not make a cup without first turning off the machine and turning it back on several times

1. Power off machine.

2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle.

3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal.

4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.

5. Power on machine.

6. Brew a cup of water only. There may be coffee grounds in the water and these should eventually clear during the remaining steps. NOTE: A large cup brew cycle should output a full 8 ounces (235cc). Less means there is still a blockage
