I need a 64 bit update for Coo-i Art Pad CI-275

I have a 32 bit edition of Cool-i Art Pad and it does not work on my 64 bit computer. Is it possible to updat e my software so it works on my newer computer?

Make sure you download the correct drivers for your version of Windows, either 32 or 64-bit. They are not interchangeable. In order to check your version of Windows, open the start menu and right-click on 'Computer'. Select 'properties', and look near the top of the window that opens. It will either say 32-bit or 64-bit. Then download the corresponding driver version.
The drivers for the keyboard and trackpad are different than those for audio. Try downloading the chipset drivers, trackpad or pointing device drivers, and any that are possibly applicable to your machine from the ASUS support website. If they're not compatible, the driver installer will tell you so.

Hi,

It is not possible to install 64 bit application in to 32 bit machine, as it has been designed for the 64 bit operating system which has n different architecture.

better check with the product site for 32 bit compact ability.

Yes it is.
Just make sure you download or purchase Win 7 x 64.

If your doing the upgrade you need to have winxp x 64 installed on your pc first.

Under Windows 7 the main problem is the 64bit to 32 bit bridge with the driver being 32bit and Win7 being 64 bit. (I assume you are using the 64 bit edition of Win7 - as this is what I have and is doing exactly the same)
After contacting Lexmark I was told they are in the process of updating their driver website pages, to include an updated driver for the X4650 for win 7 the 32 and 64 bit.
Until they release the update, it is something I have to live with too. :-)

I had the EXACT same error on the EXACT same date as you. Its is obviously a problem with Webex, and I emailed them right away. HERE is the response I got from them this morning:

I accept your point that it was working fine on the same computer until now. QuickBooks Remote Access service does not officially support Windows 64-bit Edition as of now. The service may or may not work depending on what updates Microsoft makes and this is not something that WebEx can control and cannot confirm.

It would not be possible for us to investigate the issue or escalate it since official support is not available right now.

Therefore we suggest using Windows XP or Vista 32 bit edition if you would like to use our service.

Compatibility issues with windows 64bit


Your AUDIGY2S will work just fine with the xp64 operating system using the regular xp drivers. It really depends on the application you are using your computer for, but I would like to share my experiences with xp64. I installed it on two of my graphic systems, one for photo editing and one for video editing. They are very fast, but because of the lack of xp64 compatibility, we have to have many work arounds. We should have waited a few more months before going to 64. Hopefully someone else can help you with the 64 bit links. Best regards, nightdiver
