All "MAJOR" category alarms on a Mitel supeerconsole may or may not be service-affecting, but in any event need to be investigated, the cause found and cleared. Contact your Mitel service company or system maintainer. DO NOT IGNORE these alarms as you may come in some day and find your system completely down. (pay me now or pay me later) as the old saying goes. Good luck
