Unfortunately it appears none of these parts are avail anymore. The physical buttons, key panel assy, touch pad support are no longer available. The smart board (WB27X5239) seems to floating around, but this does not appear to contain either of the 2 buttons or switches as part of it's assembly. Pleazer Appliance..
will glass pop open with remote or key ,whe nyou turn handle if so you may need to remove tailgate trim panel to acess handle assy so you can open it by moving lock rods inside tailgate panel
If they are sticking due to perhaps something being spilled, spray a little WD-40 in them(key off) and work back and forth until they work loose. This really should take care of it. Let me know if you need anything else.
It sounds like your driver board/assy boards/video board inside maybe faulty or the cables have come loose.
The driver board/assy boards feed the display panel with the images.
The video board decodes the input signals, when you say its intermittent I wouldn't say it was the panel more the video board or the driver board/assy boards.
Just call the manufacturer and they can get a service engineer out to resolve it or get a replacement organised for you with the manufacturer with no problems as you are still within your 12 months warranty period.
Hi! It's a loose connection between the keyboard and motherboard or a broken keyboard cable. You can remove the back cover (remove front cover first) and
check if the connection is not loose - there's a flexible key board
glued to the internal frame - it may loose connection with the main
board as key board cable's leads are from graphite - it's very cheap
and unreliable solution, cables like these get damaged quite easily. If
the cable is in the connector, looks OK, but the keys still won't work
- the key board has to be replaced. It comes with the frame. If you
feel like repairing it yourself, I can sell you a new frame with the
key board. If not, contact your local Kodak service center or me at
toms.safranovs@gmail.com This is a well known problem with these cameras and I repair these every day as I work in a Kodak service center.
