As requested details for Above problem. When I turn on my machine a bobbin picture appears on the screen.I turn off the machine. I pushed start/stop button, reverse button and auto-lock button all at the same time and turn on machine again. follow "+" directive instructions and when done "adjustment end " appears on screen. I turn off the machine and 15 seconds later turn back on. The bobbin picture reappears. What can I do now. Thank you.

SOURCE: Step motor error
There are 2 stepper motors, in this machine. One is for the embroidery arm (the one you attach the embroidery frame to), and the other is inside the top (under the cover/which is under the spool holder) for the side-to-side/front-to-back motion of the needle (during embroidery stitches). If these get ANY debris/lint in them, they cannot return to the correct point, so the machine (sensing this) stops you, as incorrect positioning could break your machine. I have had my son clean 2 of these, so far, and then they have worked fine. The shops tend to want you to dump the machine, or pay for a complete new part, when my experience is that you just need someone, who is mechanically minded, to open it up, and carefully clean it.

SP means that the bobbin winder has been pushed to the right in preparation for winding the bobbin. Just click the winding post to the left till it clicks, and the stitch number will be displayed.

SOURCE: Bobbin winding message
Under the top cover, on the right hand side where the bobbin winder is, there is a small switch which is activated when the bobbin is being wound. You will need to remove the cover and reposition the switch (it's located towards the front of the machine) to make it work properly.
