1- Log on to your T-Mobile account : https://my.t-mobile.com/Login/?rc=&dest=http%3a%2f%2fmy.t-mobile.com%3a80%2fDefault.aspx
2- Click the "Profile" link under "Manage" and click the "Edit" link next to "Phone Controls."
3- Click and select the "Turn Off" radio button under each "Web Guard" line. Click the "Save changes" button to save your changes and disable Web Guard.

How to Disable Web Guard:
1. Log into My T-Mobile, under Manage click Your profile.
2. Next to the Phone controls section, click the Edit link.
3. Click the link on the line of the phone number which you would like to turn Web Guard off of by clicking the Turn OFF link.
4. Click the Save changes button when finished
