This does not have a replaceable bulb like a DLP projector. If you cannot adjust the brightness, then there is a fault with the backlighting. This is not anything you could replace yourself.

SOURCE: auria eq5588, cannot find code

Auria is not even in the menu here so I had to select DirecTV DVR DTV. Someone needs to keep up with the brands. Anyway, the DTV codes for the Auria EQ5588 are: 11423, 10017,11265, 10178, 10856,11178 These are the codes. Mine worked with the first one.

Need to adjust the brightness. The projection is too dim to see clearly in a classroom.

Appears bulb is burning out ?
If this is a replacement bulb, is it a proper replacement ?
Not all bulbs are dim-able.

My remote suddenly stops working? Auria EQ5588-tried new batteries

I also have an Auria EQ5588 with the same problem. The remote works when the TV is cold. But after the room warms up, it no longer works. Does anyone know where the IR receiver view port is? May just need to be better aligned with the view port.

My PT-LB10SVU projector quit working and I thought it was the bulb so I installed a new one but it still does not work (no light), what do you think it is or where can I send for repairs, I live in Surrey,...

Hi,

Welcome to Fixya. After changing the bulb and still won't work it can be that the problem is with the either the parts of the board or the mainboard itself. You can send it to repair to check which part needs to be replaced.

I am having trouble getting the screen size back to full size. We used the zoom but that makes the picture to big. My TV is a Auria EQ5588

Hi, The " Size " of a flat panel tv ( when not in zoom mode ) is actually controlled by your programming, if using an hdmi cable from an Hd/Blu-ray player-then whatever format the disc was recorded in is what you'll see ( widescreen/letterbox ) black bars at top & bottom of scrteen ) or full screen. Local over the air digital H.D. brodcast's from networks varie from full screen to letterbox-satellite and cable that are standard definition will almost always letterbox a screen for you. Using T.V.s tuner may alleviate most of the issues. Good luck and I hope this helped. Prodzilla
