Question about GPS
I am in New Zealand using an imported car with a Panasonic CN-HW830D installed. Fabulous product, but sadly I can't understand Japanese.
Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.

You could try scanning the doccument using OCR software to get a electronic copy of it, then copy and paste the text into translate.google.com

Unfortunately no, this unit has been designed strictly for and sold only in Japan - no english interface, no other maps. You will have to replace it.

No, that model was never intended for use outside of Japan.
Either remove it and replace it with another system or ignore it and buy a standalone satnav system (always cheaper and easier to update/replace).
