It sounds like someone might have hacked your account and they have locked it to protect your account from unauthorized access. You'll have to open a trouble ticket through Yahoo help.

Outlook emails are blank

Hi,

What version of Outlook? Unless I hear otherwise, I'll assume you're running
Outlook 2007.

I'm not sure I completely understand what you mean. On a "common" setup,
going from left to right; you have your Navigation Pane, Message List, and
then the Reading Pane (Preview Pane).

What I'm getting out of this is: Your messages are all showing-up in the
Message List. However, you can't see the actual body of the message in the
Reading Pane. When you open the message, you still can't see the actual body
of the message.

Do I have this right? Or, are you saying there is some Window popping-up
behind the main Outlook Window and the message Windows when you open a
message? If so, what is that Window titled? Is there an error or something
on that Window?

If the issue is the message body is no longer displaying in the Reading Pane
or when you open a message, I need to ask if you're using some type of
anti-virus scanner that is hooking into e-mail. I believe AVG is the popular
culprit. There is a "Certify Mail" option in AVG we want to disable.

If there is no AV scanner in-play here (AVG or otherwise), open one of these
Now, select the Options tab above the Ribbon. What format is highlighted
here? Plain Text, HTML, or Rich Text? If it's either of the latter two
formats, try selecting Plain Text (Select Continue on the warning box). Can
you see the body of the message now?
Please post your feedback and Vote if the problem resolved as per your satisfaction.

The messeges that i have sent to my friend from my mobile.....is it possible that the third person can see them ?

If some has hacked your account or his/her account, it's possible, but if no one ever hacks, then it's not possible. Perhaps the administrator/moderator at the mail server can do, but how can they check out your account and his/her account to read your mail? I don't think so, there are millions of mails everyday on the server, they keep their eyes on only spams and malicious content mails. So I hope you are not one of them..

Good luck..

Thanks for using FixYa.

Getting trouble into logging in ym

First, try logging into your Yahoo mail instead of Yahoo Messenger - http://mail.yahoo.com/. If you are getting the same message then your Yahoo account might be locked for security reasons. Please read more information about this in http://help.yahoo.com/l/us/yahoo/edit/id_password/edit-22.html

If still you are not able to find a solution, you need to contact Yahoo customer care.

I can't open my mail

If you are on Yahoo Mail Beta (where you have two boxes-you have your email subject lines in the top box and you actually read the email in the bottom box), switch back to Mail classic. You can click on the link at the top of the page where you go to sign in and out. It isn't near as convenient as the Beta, but it will get you back into your emails. I was locked out of them for 12 days and I finally got back in after switching back last night. Good luck to ya!
