Question about Toro 2-Cycle 25.4 cc Straight Shaft Gas Trimmer 51974
Gas leaks out of tank at grommet where gas lines enter and leave tank. Can the grommet be replaced without replacing the entire tank assembly?
Yes you should be able to replace the rubber tank seal that the fuel line goes through. Be sure to replace the fuel line(s) when you do.

For most trimmers the answer is yes but for the Toro it is a no. Toro does not sell the grommet by itself. The complete tank with fuel lines is $13 from the repair clinic.com Update. the hole on the Toro is 7/8, the generic part number is 560878002 from BG's engine.com. $5.99
