SOURCE: moved treadmill and now its not working

1) Test the outlett power wall, and rese the c.breaker from your home
2) Test the power cord for wires loose, break or burn with VOM
3) Reset the c. breaker from treadmill
4) See if there are some wires looses
5) Tight any wires connector very well.
6) See if there are some fuse blown inside,
7) Test again. Note: NOT use any extension cord. see the block diagram for help .

SOURCE: IMAGE 19.0 R treadmill

1) Adjust the REED switch, clean it, and tight the plugs or connector very well, see the diagram
2) LUBE the deck belt, this could be happen to due the lack of maintenance, you must do it every weeks of use, use 100% silicone LUBE, and do it.
3) LUBE the rollers bearing with DW-40 with small quantity.
3) Tight a little drive belt motor, and replace if necessary, the tension must be 1/4" of flexibilit.
4) Test the input voltage motor, if there are the motor need repair, see my personal TIPS for troubleshooting motor.
5) Test the output voltage board, for input voltage motor, if there are NOT voltage, the board is faulty.

If it sounds like metal rotating on metal then it could be roller bearings or motor bearings. Its best to have the treadmill work carried out by a technician in the workshop. Most of the time the bearings will have to be pressed out and the new ones pressed in

Treadmill stop working


Dear Sir:
The most likely cause of the problem is a worn treadmill belt and deck.

Most of the time its caused from not lubricating between the treadmill belt and deck. This causes friction and the surfaces wear putting greater stress on the electronics. The treadmill is shutting down to protect the electronics

Try to run the software calibration for easy diagnose and troubleshooting.

Cybex 520t treadmill runs for about 2 minutes then says end and quits running?


Dear Sir:
The most likely cause of the problem is a worn treadmill belt and deck.
Most of the time its caused from NOT LUBRICANTING between the treadmill belt and deck.
This causes friction and the surfaces wear putting greater stress on the electronics. The treadmill is shutting down to protect the electronics.

Yes.... An elongation may occur within the treadmill belt... Due to stress contributed during the fold up...

check your fuse on the lower board first. you may have damaged the lower internal board onthe treadmill. check the out let. Is there power on the head board?
