Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
I have switched the circut breaker and still no power to panel.
You have one of the TCO's that is blown out, To test them you need to take the right side cover off, and test continuity from one side of the tco to the other, start with the tco wire that is connected to the tray switch, the other end of the tco wire is connected to the wire block on the right side of the laminator. just follow the wires back to the heat shoe and check for continuity. A TCO is no more than a temperature fuse. you can actually make a test "jumper wire" and jump across both connectors and it should power right on. You need to be careful and follow the wires back correctly so you don't fry the laminator the rest of the way.
