Re: No problem I am just trying to change a bank account...
I believe you will have to contact the payer in order to change the account where the money is to go. You can set up an on-line account on the web by going to the banks website, AFTER you have an account set up. I hope this helps.
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US. click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need. Goodluck!

You authorized payments through someone else and that's all your bank sees. So call or email whoever that is and tell them to cancel auto deductions. If that doesn't work, your only option is to change bank accounts or bank.
Ah, ex girlfriends are excellent aren't they? How do you pay the account? Is it on a bank card or straight from your bank account?
If paid by card, simply tell the bank you've damaged your card and ask for a replacement. It will have a new number and make the old one on the account useless.
If paid direct from your bank account, go to the bank and cancel the payment. If she wants to keep using the phone, she'll have to start paying for it!
If there is a local branch I reccomend that you go in and speak to someone at the bank itself. If this continues to happen you can also look to close the account and move to a different bank. I would also call social security and inform them of the problem if you are unable to resolve it at the bank an seek reimbursement for back missing funds. Give them the new infomation from the new bank's account and they will let the old bank refund the money to them, however you will need to try and get the old account closed and likely you will be able to recover the funds at that time and without having SS do anything but change to a new bank and new account. This all applies only if you get direct deposit.
If you just transferred money to the account it may need time to process the transfer. I don't know what method was used to depost money into your account but some methods For example e-checks take time, sometimes several days. It can be liek when you deposit a check in the bank and they hold it until it clears. Try looking at your account transactions in your history and seeif the payment or money transfer has been completed and is not pending or anything like that.
Sorry to say that there is no direct way to remove your bank card from your xbox live account. you can replace the card with another card but it appears that once you have associated a bank account card to your xbox live account then it is next to impossible to get MS from removing the card from your account.
You will need to talk with xbox Live support directly on phone and explain to them what you are attempting to do. They will explain that they need to associate an address and other items to your live acount and ultimately get to the point that you will need to delete your account and start a new account using an xbox live card purchased from retail store.
There is a known work around where you change your account address to chicago address and zip code. (seems like the address doesn't have to be too accurate) And this will allow you to go online and change your account so that it doesn't auto-renew. This is what I did and I simply just use retail cards now when updating my Gold account.
