I want hp 8500 chip resetter so plz help me to find out.

So far, for some reason, there have been no resetters for this particular printer. Aftermarket inks require you to either replace the chip with the chip from a used cartridge, and this will work, for a while, but eventually, it will stop printing, and not much you can do, but buy new cartridges.
PLEASE note:
Eventually, is a loose way of saying the following:
Either the chip will "time-out", or report full and complete "depletion" after which nothing will get it printing again.
I've dealt this this issue personally and can attest to this fact.

Samsung CLP-500 problem

Resistors? You mean the smart chips?
Here's something I found over the last few years of dealing with these newer laser printers.

Say for example you had a 13,000 page factory toner, you replace it with a 20,000 page aftermarket refill, but you trade off the chip. There are small case triggers that read the toner size (I still haven't figured if it's internal or external) The chip is programmed for a specific cartridge size. The carts don't match, the chips won't work.
Also, certain printers will recall chips that have been used, and won't let you reapeat chips until you have gone a certain number (like it has to have 4 or 5 different chips before you can reuse the first chip).
So options to get around it.
I found in the Dell printers, if you go through the menus, there is a setting that allows you to bypass using factory cartridges, I don't know if Samsung has the same menu settings, but it's worth digging through the layers.
2) Put the chip that came with it back in, and see it it will work.
3) Break down and buy a factory cartridge. I know this is the least attractive option, but it will determine if it is a read sensor, a firmware/software error, or something else.

The whole smart chip imbedding happened about 7 years ago as a settlement on a lawsuit.

New ink cartridge for epson cx6600

If the computer shop said the new chips may not be recognized by the old printers then I would suggest you get an old cartridge which the printer recognizes and a chip resetter for Epson cartridges. Remove the new cartridge w/ the new chips and replace it with the older chip. You will probably need some double sided adhesive. When you pull out the chip you will notice 2 circular areas that hold the chip to the cartridge. One is actually like a small horseshoe so that you can slip it right back in. But the other one has a round flat end on protruding through the chip before you remove the chip. When you remove it, the plastic caves into the hole making it possible for you to remove the chip easily but impossible to put back. So to put in the older chip you need to snip out that piece of plastic so you have space to put in the adhesive. You can even use a small stretch of masking tape by rolling up about half an inch then putting it behind the chip. This way all you need to do it just change the chip everytime you run out of ink. It is a hassle but since you have bought large a supply of cartridges, don't waste it.
