Hi, zamane masina. The problem is not specified. If you're using an iPhone, there's no way to solvet. But, fortunately, there's a chance in some Android devices. The problem might be with the camera app. Try to install another camera app and see if it works. If it does, go to Settings > Apps and then find your original camera app. Delete all data from the application and stop it. Then, press HOME and it'll probably work. If it does not, ask your device company.
