Question about Radio Communications
I have the correct version of the cps software, cables, com port, and radio in program mode. Tried on XP and 7 with the same result. Software keeps telling me to check program mode. Please help.
When programming the radio, it is important that loading took place in August at an appropriate pace. Too fast processor in your computer could cause such problems.
Look for an old PC with a processor 486, install the software for these radios, and then fail to program them, provided that you have the right software

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I recommend you **** can the USB cable and get a RIB and Rib cable. The GP300 Motorola software is available online for free (I can give you the web page address) and works just like the real Motorola software. I have programmed at least 20 GP300s with it with no issues. A RIB is the only way to go. Everyone has nothing but trouble with USB cables. Particularly with newer radios like the CP200.

SOURCE: unable to program tk-3207
hi, all i can think of is- A, the computer is way too fast for the program you are trying to run, what you need is a really old slow computer or B,
check the COM port settings on your computer.
click start, right click on my computer, click properties, then click on the hardware tab, then device manager.
then there will be a 'Ports COM &LPT' just make sure the com port number is the same one as you are using on the software. Hope this helps.
