The phone Freeze problem. Your phone has gotten hard-locked; it will not accept any unlock codes. This problem can only be caused by improper unlocking. Basically this happens if you or someone else has already entered 5 wrong unlock codes on your phone.
You can get the unfreeze code, NCK code and SPCK code from third party. After unfreeze your phone, you have to enter the NCK code to unlock and use it with any gsm network in the world. i will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service .....you can approach this website
go on the net, type in free radio codes there are loads of sites select a forum, type in the make and serial number of your radio, someone will answer you with the code, when i needed one someone came back with the code in ten mins, there is also a site where you can download the codes for all radios good luck
There are 2 possibilities here. The most likely issue is that your phone needs a PUK code, which can only be provided by your service provider. If that does not unlock your phone it is likely you will need to purchase a new SIM card. The security on the phones work by locking the phone when the PIN code is entered too many times incorrectly. If someone continues to attempt to unlock it with the wrong code, it will permanently disable the SIM.
It's instructions of http://blackberrymep.com , it may help you
1. Insert any sim card 2. Turn off all of the wireless connections 3. Go to Options 4. Select Advanced Options 5. Select SIM Card 6. Hit menu select show keyboard (where needed) 7. Type MEPPD or MEPD (you will not be able to see the typed info) 8. Enter MEP2 or MEPP2 9. Now it will say enter network mep code 10. Enter Unlock Code
Press & hold the 2 & 3 buttons @ the same time for about 10 seconds; A 2 or 3 digit code will appear, write this # down, Press & hold the am/fm button for about 10 seconds: Another code will appear, write this # down, Then call 1-800-537-5140 and enter 202108 followed by the # key, Then enter the #'s that you wrote down from your radio followed by the * key. The call will give you a 3 or 4 digit override code. Write this code # down so you have it if you ever need it again. Enter this # into your radio following the instructions in your owners manual. If you get an override code that starts with 0, you drop the 0 when entering the code into your radio. If you don't have an owners manual, try this, press & hold the hour button until the first 2 digits of your code come up, then press & hold the minute button until the last 2 digits show. Then press the am/fm button. This should reset your stereo. It did mine. Hope you find this helpful.
Depending how many wrong codes were previously entered, it can take up to 72hrs for the code screen to reappear. Simply leave the phone with "Contact Service Provider" showing and eventually the "enter code screen will reappear"Hope this helps
