Velux blind stuck

I have a velux window in the roof with an exterior shutter which is stuck half open, half shut so it is impossible to open the window or move the shutter. Any suggestions about how to fix the shutter?

The sunroof is half closed and the other half is slightly open. How do I fix this ?

Do you mean that your sunroof is stuck halfway and now won't open or shut correctly? This sounds like a normal setting with the roof half closed and the deflector at the front beginning to close. If it won't move from there first check the fuse but it would be smart to look for silly simple things like a piece of road debris stuck in one of the runners.

I am not sure what you are trying to do. But if the problem is that the roof will only open to the first stage, sun roof, and no further, the problem is the package shelf in the trunk.

If the package lid gets pushed up and is not pushed back to it's normal position, the roof will fail to open completely. If you lift the bottom of the roof at the boot, there are levers on either side to release the bottom edge of the roof, you can make certain that the package shelf is seated correctly. Once the shelf is seated, the roof will open in all of it's glory.

And here you go, this should help. A stuck shutter is another common failure mode for digital cameras. The symptoms of a stuck or "sticky" shutter are very similar to CCD image sensor failure. The camera may take black pictures (for shutter stuck closed), or the pictures may be very bright and overexposed, sometimes with lines, especially when taken outdoors (for shutter stuck open). To confirm a stuck shutter, put the camera in any mode other than "Auto", and turn the flash OFF (you don't want to blind yourself for the next step). Next look down the lens and take a picture. You should see a tiny flicker in the center of the lens as the shutter opens and closes. If no movement is seen, then you likely have a stuck shutter. If so, please see this link for further info and a simple fix that may help.
