I have a picture noise problem on light scenes how can I correct it

Noise in picture occur due to 2 main reasons.
External interference to video signal & improper AGC [Automatic Gain Control].
Check whether the signal cables used are of good quality; connections are firm and no electrical instrument which produces RF interference is placed near to the TV
The AGC problem can occur, if the AGC circuit at the main board is faulty, or it has not been adjusted properly. In this case, I suggest to contact any service technician; or the authorized service center for Panasonic. To adjust the AGC; you have to enter the service mode to the TV; and it is somewhat a semi-skilled work.
If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/
Service mode entry, adjust and exit procedure to many popular brand TVs are given. Never forget to exit the service mode, after all adjustments have been done.
NB: Please read and understand well, the instructions to enter the service mode, before you begin. Be very careful. Note how to "EXIT" the service mode; after entering and adjusting data. This is very important.

I was having the same issue, and noticed that the wiring harness on the alternator was shorting out. Once I replaced the harness, the alternator was charging just fine and the battery light turned off.

CB RADIO RECEVER OVER LOAD

Turn your RF Gain Down when close to other stations.
Stay a good distance away from people that run linears.
There is an IC on the board that controls the receiver AGC (automatic gain control). If you still get overload, it may be bad.

Mini DV Tapes are not playing back. Nothing but blue screen when I try to view tape...no time code...nothing. Recently recorded footage plays back fine though?????

If recently recorded plays back ok, and there's no warning about low rf or head clogging problems,it seems to be electronic problem in vtr board, but usually is head problem, which is not so expensive.

Speaker to soft on samsung U700 Cellphone.Already on max.

found it from this link
First start with *#0002*28346#
1. You will see menu showing "Under construction".
Press #.
2. New screen apears.:
[1] Load Params
[2] Call Config
3. Press Call Config
4. New screen (in here are all the settings for call volume):
[1] RCV Rx Call Vol (that`s what we focus on)
[2] RCV Rx Drmf Vol[]
[3] RCV Codec Gain[]
[4] RCV NS-EC[]
[5] RCV Tx AGC[]
[6] RCV Rx AGC[]
[7] RCV Tx Filter[]
[8] RCV Rx Filter[]
5. Press 1 to get into RCV Rx Call Vol Settings.
6. Now starts the editting.
You should see something like this (values below are not default cause i already changed them):
0.[2] rx:0.0dB
1.[4] rx:10.0dB
2.[6] rx:25.0dB
3.[8] rx:50.0dB
4.[10] rx:100.0dB
5.[12] rx:200.0dB
6.[14] rx:255.0dB
Input Ex: 123-> 12.3dB

Last line explains almost everything.
Each line represents different volume levels. Let`s say you want to edit first line. Then you press 0. Screen on your phone should blink. Now you enter value for the level. Let`s say you want it to be 21.3dB. Type in 213 and press ok. Display should blink and you will see:
0.[2] rx:21.3dB
1.[4] rx:10.0dB
2.[6] rx:25.0dB
3.[8] rx:50.0dB
4.[10] rx:100.0dB
5.[12] rx:200.0dB
6.[14] rx:255.0dB
Input Ex: 123-> 12.3dB
That`s it. You just changed first line which means the lowest volume setting to 21.3dB. Keep playing with other settings. When you want to change second line just press 1. Then screen blinks again. Let`s say you want it to be 255dB. Type in 2550 and press OK. Screen blinks and you should see:
0.[2] rx:21.3dB
1.[4] rx:255.0dB
2.[6] rx:25.0dB
3.[8] rx:50.0dB
4.[10] rx:100.0dB
5.[12] rx:200.0dB
6.[14] rx:255.0dB
Input Ex: 123-> 12.3dB
7. Now let`s go to speakerphone.
Press # 4 times.
You should get to menu like this:
[1] Debug Screen
[2] Version/DMS Information
[3] RF Test
[4] UMTS rf nv
[5] Read gsm rf nv
[6] Write gsm rv nv
[7] Base Band
[8] Audio (that`s where we are going now)
[9] Common
8. Press 8.

TV screen shows 'SKYWORTH' when turned on. Activated this by mistake and can not get back to previous mode. This caused channel reception to be bad and all channels are either not showing well or showing...

HI I have the same problem There are things you can do... For the tuning problem I suspect changing the "RF AGC" will fix that. You need to go into service mode. Turn off TV then hold Vol + and - on front panel and turn on. The TV will come up with extra service menu. Just keep pushing menu till you see "RF AGC" and dont change any values untill you write down what they are or take photo etc. Then just change the "RF AGC" value and see how you go with the tuning. ALL THE BUTTONS ABOVE ARE ON FRONT OF TV. NOT ON REMOTE....Hope this helps....

Programming panasonic vcr

First, check in the VCR setup and see if it set for cable or off-air/broadcast/antenna (not always named the same).  If it is set for off-air... then it won't tune cable channels beyond 13.  It must be set for cable mode in order to tune those upper channels (mid-band, superband etc.).

I assume you have the VCR hooked up correctly- cable into VCR antenna/RF input, VCR RF/to TV output to the RF/Ant input of the TV.
