remove factory radio ,if you dont have the special tool to do this you can use coat hangers but I perfer using the factory tool sold at wallmart (the cheepest) or autozone push tools into holes on both ends of radio pull radio out. disconect wireing harnes and antenna wire.To install new radio you will need a wireing adaptor and a install kit. These must be spasific to your vehicle. you can buy these online Ebay , or Amazon or off line wallmart or orillys auto parts you will have to connect your new radio wiring harness to wiring adaptor.put install kit on new radio attach antenna wire connect wireing adaptor to original radio wiring push radio gently back into dash with install kit attached. enjoy your new radio. if this was helpful please leave good feed back.

I have a pyle 12"

Hi there,

I am afraid in order to make use of your sub, you will need to buy an amplifier and a cabling kit to run it. You could run it straight from the headunit from one of the main channels but it would need a crossover so it wasn't fed any sounds which it couldn't cope with (high frequencies, they require very fast movement of the speaker cone, your sub wouldn't be able to do it)

Here is a link to a downloadable copy of headunit manul.

Hope this helps

I have a pyle plts77du. it was playing for about 20 min then i trun off the car. i push it back to mont it and trun the car back on then nothing happend..... like a little red light come on then went...

Its possible the connections From you Remote Wire are not fully tight.. Same goes with The Ground and positive,,,

I would remove and redo all connections..
Even as Far as re stripping the wire for best connection

How do you disconnect the safety thing for watching a movie and driving?

These things are usually wired into the gear selector electrical switches but easiest way is to try removing one wire at a time unless of course you have a wiring diagram for it that shows a connection of the gear switch system

Im not sure which plugs I should plug my RCA cables that come from my amp to the reciever. I dont know if its the "back RCA output" or the "Front RCA output" or the "subwoofer...

First of all get yourself a Y-LINK cable. (single male RCA on one side/ double female RCA on the other side) Connect the Y-LINK to your head unit sub woofer output with the stereo RCA that leads to the sub woofer amplifier. Now you are connected to the correct output. I do not know what head unit you had connected before to base your comparison, however there is a output voltage difference from one head unit to another, (1.2V, 2V, 2.5V, 4V, 5V) and that is what determines where the gain on the amplifier should be set to. Always match the headunit output voltage with the amplifier gain control to be the same. It is not uncommon for some entry level units to have a single sub woofer output. dreamsystems
