Question about Internet Q See Ufo CCD Camera
I had same problem, this fixed it. internet explorer. tools>internet options>security>custom level> Under active X controlls and plugins, make sur they are all enabled or prompt. there are like 4 of e u have to change.

Simple solution choose for the plugins to prompt or enable for active X
but also add the dvr website address to trusted sites in IE

Adding to trusted sites is a good suggestion. Also make sure you are in fact using Internet Explorer. Many browsers are not compatible with anything else. Q-See can be tricky and they are manufactured by many different companies depending when you purchased.
