Hi, Remove your heat sink and fan. Then remove your processor and resit it back making sure it sits nicely on all the pins in the base socket. Press with your finger and lock the bracket back ensuring the processor did not shift while you are locking the bracket. Replace the heat and fan. Presto , it should work!

Try to took out the ram and reinsert it or change the location of ram (slot).
