Is the laptop a Dell Latitude D630? ifso download the Vista drivers from Dell website link: Dell Laitude D630 Drivers
Choose 32 bit or 64bit (to find out which version your using, right click on computer icon and goto properties)

Just buy a new one.

Go to dells official site and click on the drivers and downloads tab, the put in your service tag or click on one of the options on the right. That should lead you to the driver downloads you need.

CMOS Coin-cell is located under the keyboard. You have to remove the hinges cover and keyboard to access the coin -cell

If your laptop is under warranty contact Dell as either your LCD connector is loose or is about to break. if its not under warranty get it changed from a local store bestbuy or staples. it will not cost much.

If the docking station has power:

Make sure power is off for both the laptop and the docking station. Plug your keyboard and mouse into the docking station. Dock the D630 to the docking station and then power on docking station. This should then turn on your D630. Your D630 should detect the keyboard and mouse.

If the docking station has no power:

Verify that the power cord, AC adaptor, etc. is plugged in. If the items listed seem to be in order,
there may be a problem with the power going into the docking station. (AC adaptor?)

support.dell.com will have the specific details for your D630 and your docking station, et al.
