Fault 49 indicates Out of Balance fault- usually faulty microswitch. To access- disconnect from power, remove two screws at top rear to remove control panel. You will see large brown control board. Disconnect all wiring connections, taking note where they came from (they are keyed to only fit in correct slots, but is best to note positions anyway). Remove brown control board (held in by either one screw, or clip on right hand side) Underneath control board you will see a small microswitch with two wires on it- this is the Out of balance microswitch. Often the switch will be corroded, or the little button is stuck in. Replace microswitch- they are available from any good appliance parts shop, and you'll be back in business!! If in any doubt as to doing this yourself, call in the experts, as it is an easy repair for a tech, and you don't want to make an easy repair turn into something more expensive!!

The reason for U2 fault code in your dishwasher is due to the problem caused beacuse of loading. Check loading to ensure no items extend beyond the height of the drawer.

Normally F1 should display in both drawers.
But this is a bit unsual. Please confirm if you are still able to operate the bottom drawer.

Ok, well unfortunately, this symptom doesn't tell us much :( Other than, the dryer is getting power? Obviously, it will NOT perform any functions. Now when something like this happens, it can, unfortunately,be one of many, many, many things. From, bad sensors, to spiked electronics. There is no real way to tell, unless specific symptoms, or Error codes are displayed. Accordingly, one will have to troubleshoot the entire system to find out exactly what is wrong, often the place to start is with the main Brain, and Sensors, however to do this one either must be experienced or obtain a service manual, as all units differ in operation and circuitry.
So, it is my professional advice to you, that you contact an F&P repair center, and ask that they call and give you a "Quote" as to the cost and type of repair required. This way at least one can get an idea of costings before making a decision as to what to do, repair or replace.
Many of my customers these days often prefer to put any larger amounts of money, that would be spent on a repair towards the purchase of a NEW unit, with a full warranty, now i also say this as I am aware of statistics that show to overall, a unit that has been repaired after a major failure, for whatever reason, will usually fail again within the next 12 - 18 months..

Your pressure value switch is malfunction. First thing you can try that is cheap to fix is to try clean the hose that connects to the outer tub. A lot of times there is algae develops after years of washing.

Tips for a great answer:
Thank you for your inquiry, friend!
Based off what you have described your Frigidaire range is displaying an F31 error code and you would like to know what it means. An F31 error code means a shorted probe connection. This could be a possible problem with your sensor probe, control panel, or probe connector. I would recommend performing a reset on your range and you can do that by flipping the household circuit breaker off for at least ten minutes. If that does not correct your issue you may need to seek help from a professional technician for proper diagnosis and repair. Best of luck! -Matt

Hello Jim, thanks for your post!
From my understanding your Frigidaire range, LFGF3014LBC, is displaying an error code of "F31". The "F31" error code stands for a shorted probe connection which could be an issue with your EOC (Electronic Oven Control), wiring harness, or RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector). I would suggest performing a reset on your range to help clear out any false error codes. You can reset your range by flipping off the household circuit breaker for ten minutes. I hope this information is helpful to some degree. -Matt

Good Morning friend, thank you for your inquiry!
From what you have described your Frigidaire range is displaying an "F31" error code. An "F31" stands for a shorted probe connection. This could be an issue with your RTD (Resistance Temperature Detector), EOC (Electronic Oven Control), or wiring harness. If this does not help resolve your issue and you continue to receive the error code you may need to have a professional out to perform a proper diagnosis and repair. Good Afternoon friend, thanks for your post!
Based off the information you have been able to provide an "F31" error code stands for a shorted probe connection. Typically this means you could have issue with the RTD (resistance temperature detector) sensor probe or the wiring harness between your control panel and probe connector. Since it could be any one of these under lying issues I would recommend a professional come out and properly repair your appliance. Hope this helps. -Matt
