Fault at its main digital board. Short circuited component/s at it. Contact any service technician; or the authorized service center. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/ In most cases, the main board might have to be replaced. If so, a software [firmware] update too might be necessary.

In order to solve the problem this is what I did (with a help of Mr. Hilik @ www.microgal.co.il) 1. Unplug the power cable 220Vac from the wall outlet. 2. Make sure or the clock led is "off" and screen is dark 3. Plug again the power cable 220Vac 4. Nothing comes "on" on the led screen 5. press on the digit "zero" (0) and you hear a beep signal 6. Take a glass filled with water press on the digits "1" and then "0" and then "start" 7. After 10 seconds the beep signal will come on again. 8. Note: this kind a phenomena appears after voltage cut off when there is a need to lift up again the handle on the voltage breakers . FYI.
The following steps should be able to correct the problem: 1) Unplug the TV or remove AC power from the TV 2) Count to ten and then plug in the TV 3) Locate the [Menu], [VOL-] and [Power] button on the TV’s side panel 4) Using the buttons on the TV’s Side Panel, press and hold both the [Menu] and [VOL-] buttons. 5) While holding those buttons, press and release the [Power] button one time and count to 3 before releasing the [Menu] and [VOL-] buttons. 6) The TV’s lower left Blue Power LED will come ON. 7) Wait 30 seconds. Confirm that the blue LED on the Lower Left of the TV (not the iPod dock for iPod models) has remained ON during this time. 8) Press the [Mute] button on the TV remote twice 9) Unplug the TV or remove AC power 10) Count to ten and plug the TV in 11) The TV power should automatically come ON and the blue power LED with be ON 12) Wait 40 seconds and the TV picture should appear 13) You can now continue using your TV. 14) If the picture does not appear, power on the TV manually: · If the LED begins flashing, unplug and power ON a second time. · If the LED begins flashing again, power ON the TV without unplugging If the LED begins flashing again, contact us directly by phone to obtain a local authorized service center for you. If the TV does power on, please reply back with the software version number for us to research this issue. Please follow these steps to obtain the software version number:
1) Press the [Menu] button on the remote control. 2) Using the arrow keys in the center of the remote, scroll over to the "settings" menu and select the [OK] button on the remote 3) Scroll down to "system info" and select [OK] button on the remote
If you are not able to bring up the TV's onscreen menu while the picture is blank, then you have a problem with a video board. If the menu does come up then usually the problem is with the device connected or its related input jack or cable that is in use. You may have to try another input or cable to be sure, but only if you are not able to see the menu.
TRY........with radio on and set on "AM", hold "Clock" button about 7 seconds and let up - bringing a setup menu. Using tuning knob, scroll to "Hardware". Press tuning knob in, bringing up contrast menu. Press tuning knob in, bringing up "contrast level". Turn tuning knob counter-clockwise to "00". Brightness, dimming level should be "170". Turn radio off to exit, then adjust "Dim" button to your liking.
Try pushing the buttons on the remote and let me know what comes up on the screen if anything.
Display, Channel, 5, Vol Minus, ( Not plus ) then Power. This brings up
a screen with a list of the problems and number of times they have occurred.
Each of the problem names is abbreviated as, "OCP", "OVP", "V STOP", ETC.
