Question about HP OfficeJet 6210 All-In-One InkJet Printer
I Have an officejet 6210 all in one. When I fax out there is a line going down the fax when it is being recieved on the other end. There is a groove in the middle of band that goes down the lengh of the paper to scan and I think that is what is doing it. What can I do to fix it?
There is a narrow glass on the left of the scanner glass. look at it ,you will probably see a spec of dust, dirt or debris there. Clean it. If it is on the inside of the glass, you will need to remove it and clean it.Also, lift up the ADF cover and clean the rollers with a cloth and some alcohol.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
