Water dispensing not heating
SOURCE: My Keurig one-cup coffee maker
There is a post on descaling already but I think the unit just doesn't have enough water in the resevoir. See several of my other posts on how to fill the machine.
SOURCE: my keurig will not dispense right amt of water
Try brewing a cup without a K-cup in it on the largest cup button (will brew just hot water). This will help clean it out in the event it is clogged. If that doesn't work, completely remove the K-cup holder where the needles are (careful not to get **** ) by pushing up from the bottom and rinse using hot water, preferably with a sink sprayer if you have one. Sometimes the needle can get clogged, especially if you ever use the hot cocoa K-cups, so the manufacturer recommends brewing a "blank" cup of just hot water after each hot cocoa K-cup brewed. Hope that helps...Best of luck!

Descale, Clean out the needles with an unfolded paper clip, Take out the K cup holder and clean it out

1. Power off machine. 2. Using a metal paperclip, insert it into left side of top needle. It must insert at least 1" deep. Insert it into slot on right side and again from back of needle. 3. Remove KCup cradle. Separate bottom from top. In the top section, insert the paperclip up into bottom needle from the bottom upwards. It will not go all the way thru and this is normal. 4. Reassemble KCup cradle and reinsert it back into coffee maker.
