Can open individual photos from stored files but can't access sileshow

This is caused by 1 of 2 problems:
If you have problem #4, you can go onto google and search "1 gb cruzer micro drivers".
If you have problem #3, try plugging your flash drive into a different USB port.
If you have problem #2 or #1 (Which it most likely is), then you should try or buy a software application such as PC Inspector, to recover those files. Then you may reformat the flash drive.
However, I found that sometimes, just restarting the computer, and inserting and re-inserting the flash drive sometimes does work. But that's not guaranteed.

I would suggest copy the file ot yoru desktop and open it from your desktop.

you have to have the cuzer mac formatted using the disk utility.

It is very possible you need a driver. SanDisk shipped a few with with drivers.
Go HERE. Find you unit and then your operating system.

Note: To select multiple photos and videos, press and hold the Ctrl key, and then click each photo and video you want.
click start all programs accessories open windows explorer my computer you should see your drive click to open it from there you select the files right click on the file/s right click copy navigate back to the drive right click select paste or hold the mouse cursor the file/s drag them to scan disc then drop them
click start all programs accessories open windows explorer navigate to your photos
right click on the photo's select copy navigate back to the usb drive right click select paste or select the top photo hold the mouse cursor then select the bottom photo then drag the photos to your usb drive then drop them
or if you are downloading photos from the internet:
once it starts downloading windows will ask whether you want to run or save it
a browse option will open you can save it into a folder in my documents or another device or a usb device
