Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

To set the time difference, touch "+" or ."-" The time difference between the time originally set in the navigation system (Pacific Standard Time) and the current location of your vehicle is shown. If necessary, adjust the time difference. Touching "+" or "-" changes the time difference display in one-hour increments. The time difference can be set from +3 to -3 hours. If necessary, set to summer time. Daylight Saving Time (DST) is off by default. Touch "Off" to change the time if you are in the daylight saving period. How do I change the time on the clock?

  1. Tap Menu > Settings > Phone
  2. Tap Time & Date.
  3. Tap Time Format, Date Format or Auto Update > Save
It's best to keep it set to Auto Update so that it takes the network time and updates for DST changes.

Hope this helps. If so, please consider rating this solution.

-best regards,
M

HOW DO YOU SET THE DATE AND TIME?

It should be in 'settings' on your cell phone menu. Search around your phone. It could also be in 'organizer'. On my old one, it was in 'organizer', and once I went there, there was a 'set date and time' button. Here is the answer from the Vtech website: "Make sure the answering system is on. Press [Time/Set]. The system will announce the current clock setting, then announce "to set date and time, Press Time/Set". Press [Time/Set]. Press [Change] until the system announces the correct day, then press [Time/Set]. Press [Change] until the system announces the correct hour, then press [Time/Set]. Press [Change] until lthe system announces the correct minutes, then press [Time/set]. The system announces the current clock setting. Note: You can press and hold [Change] to advance the mninutes in increments of ten. "

Resetting clock

Press the SET button until you cycle through the alarms and the Colons on the time start to flash. use the right and left arrows from the CD buttons to adjust time; After time is set; press the SET button. Be careful to not fat finger and hit the CD button when pressing the SET buttons. That will turn on the AWFUL NAP timer. That's another headache.

. Stop the Nap alarm Press NAP to start NAP flashing. Press and hold NAP to cancel the nap setting. If this does not work; try again. It seems to take me a time or 2 to get it to work.
