These files are usually not copied and pasted on these sites there is usually a upload process. Look for a button on Facebook that as asks upload photos in status or add to photo album pictures a window will open that is on your computer. Here you will need to choose the right file location, open then choose the picture or doc. and select open, it should then start uploading the item, do not leave the page until it is loaded to avoid incorrect uploading then select done. I believe that Craigslist is the same process, however it comes at the end of item description and contact information.
there are two places from the standard homepage: 1. next to your picture, if you click on your name, you go to your page. 2. in the header bar, on the right hand side. Again, your name takes you to your page. The other buttons to the right of your name also navigate to settings and privacy settings etc.
If you already have a picture saved on your Nintendo DSi that you'd like to upload, you can skip ahead to step four. If you're taking a picture on the fly, proceed to step three.
Press the "R" button on the upper-right shoulder of the Nintendo DSi to access the camera. Follow the on-screen instructions to take your picture. Press "Save."
On the Nintendo DSi menu, press the "Nintendo DSi Camera" icon. Go to your "Album."
Select the picture you want to upload. If you're interested, you can edit the picture first with stamps, graffiti, lens distortion, and other neat built-in features. When you're done, return to the Album's main menu.
Once you're ready to upload your picture to Facebook, click on the Facebook icon that appears above your picture when you scroll past it on the Album's main menu.
You will need to connect your Nintendo DSi to the Internet, and log onto Facebook. Your DSi will ask you for the email address and password you registered with Facebook.
If your login information is correct, a prompt will ask you if you want to upload your photo to Facebook. Click "Yes."
When you upload your first Nintendo DSi picture, a "Nintendo DSi" picture album will be created automatically on Facebook. You must use Facebook to add captions to your photos, and view/reply to comments your friends make on your pictures.
-You can edit your album information from Facebook, However, next time you upload a picture from your Nintendo DSi, another album titled "Pictures from Nintendo DSi" will be created automatically, and your new picture will be stored in it.
-You won't need to enter your email address every time you want to upload a photo to Facebook from your DSi, but you will need to re-enter your password.

Try checking whether you have the latest versions of Adobe Shockwave and Flash players: http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome If that doesn't work, look into removing old versions of the programs: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html Check again when you're done, to make sure you have the latest versions. Also, when I play some games on fb, I have to right click on the main screen of the game once it loads and choose low quality, and clear the browser cache*, in order to make them run reasonably fast.(*Delete browsing history in IE 8 by clicking on Tools, then Delete Browsing History; make sure all boxes are checked except the top one, and click ok. Wait for it to work- if it doesn't within a few seconds, minimize the main window until it does.) Good luck, and I hope this helps!
Sometimes Facebook doesn't work through the browser. Try deleting your cookies by pressing the tirangle button while you're in the browser, go to "tools," and then "delete cookies." If that doesn't fix it you'll have to use facebook some other way.
