There are a few possible solutions, firstly is your camera plugged into a supported USB port? (IE is it on a USB 2.0 port that is not corrupted, or have problems [USB 2.0 may not be necessary but will offer the fastest transfer speeds]). To check if your USB port works, plug another USB device that you know works into it. If this device works normally in this port proceed to step 2. If not, plug your camera into another port. Second possible solution: Make sure your Camera is on the proper setting to transfer photos to your computer. Almost every camera I have worked with has a setting you must enable before or when you plug it into your computer to allow the photos to be 'fetched' from it. Please refer to your user manual or support website if you are unable to discern how to do this. Third possible solution: You may need to download the drivers for the camera and install them on your computer. The link I have found is posted below. http://www.freedriverload.com/all40481.html Disclaimer: I do not claim to have uploaded, scanned, or otherwise have tested this device driver and do not guarantee it's compatibility or safety on your computer.

Hi,
Copy all your pics from the camera to your card and take the card out.

This is a factory reset procedure so you will loose any pics in the internal memory!!

Turn the camera off and take the battery out (including AC power). move the power switch to the ON position and hold down the power button for 15 seconds, then move the power switch to the OFF position and release the button, put the battery back in and power on the camera.
NOTE: you will have to reset the time and date + any previous user settings.

Good luck

I want Cyber-shot DSC-H10/B Digital Camera drivers for window 7

Your camera should be supported by default without adding any drivers. All you need is a program that will retrieve the photos for you from your camera.

I suggest that you download and install Picasa and use that to manage your photos and retrieve them from your camera:

How do U upload photosfrom my computer to my sony cyber shot DSC-S500

I'm not sure that you can upload photos from the computer to the camera. i have never seen a camera you could do that with. The only way you might be able to do it is if you are using a sony memory card in your camera and you took the memory card out of the camera and put it in a memory card reader connected to your computer. Put the photos from your computer on to your memory card and then put the memory card back in the camera.
