the best and cheapest up grade is RAM.
Make sure you have all the memory your machine can handle.
A quick look say it can handle Core™ 2 Extreme QX9770(3.2GHz,12 MB)
And it has a PCI-express slot so you have a big chiose of video cards.Are you using the machine for gaming?

better visit gigabyte website there you will get driver for your motherboard. download and install it . you have to secify that you are using windows 7 and specify whether it is 32-bit or 64-bit
