Question about Computers & Internet
My big fish games manager had stopped working so I went to control panel as directed uninstalled it and I wanted to reinstall but could not. What should I do from here? Thank-you viola
After un--installing it, you need to close down your computer and re-boot. When you tried to re-install it, what happened?

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Check to make sure that you have the latest DirectX version for your version of windows and also check the system requirements for the game compared to your graphics card and Memory.
To download Direct X go to Microsofts Website. Some games require 3D accelaration. Make sure that this is active and avaible by going to Start>Run (on right hand side) and type in dxdiag. When the program opens it will tell you your version of Direct X and then click on the Display tab and run the tests that are avaiable there to make sure that you have no errors with your display. It will also tell you whether you have 3D accelleration or not.
I hope this helps

hi, it means that you have to install the audio driver. It is usual to install system drivers after reformatting your computer. You can download your audio driver here:
Install this driver above. Click run button to automatically install it to your system. Reboot your computer when done.

Simply open up your Windows Explorer and go to the folder C:\Program Files\Princess Isabella - A Witch's Curse. Right-click on the file "Princess.exe" and select "Properties". Under the Compatibility tab, select "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select "Windows XP - Service Pack 2 or 1", whichever one you have (if you don't know, try 2 first, then 1 if it doesn't work). "Apply" and "OK" and you should be all set.

Which Operating System is running on your computer? This is related to DEP issue, i.e. "Data Execution Prevention". You have to turn on the DEP for essential Windows programs and Services only.
To do this, right-click "My Computer" then select "Properties", now on the Properties window, click "Advanced", again on the "Advanced" window, click "Data Execution Prevention", click the radio button "Turn On DEP For Essential Windows Pograms And Settings Only" [Vista or Windows 7] or "Turn On DEP For Essential Windows Programs and Services Only" [Windows XP]. Click "Apply", and then "Ok". Restart your computer and try running the Game again.
Let me know if the problem persists or if you need further help.
Thanks for using FixYa.
