Sounds like you may have an error in your onboard computer. I think you might need to have a shop analyze this one for you.

The light is on because the system fuse was removed, this causes the control module to see a fault. either fix the system or pull the dash and remove the warning bulb.

Check your emergency brake. Make sure it isn't partially pressed in. Try unplugging the switch to the emergency brake and see if the light goes out; if it does the switch is bad.

you have another circuit piggybackin on the dash lights, my guess is a bad ground to the parking or tail lights, try unplugging the tail lights and front marker lights. if the fuse satys good you have it

Have you tried the switch on the dash that turns them on? Are door switches adjusted properly?

Headlights don't turn off


Easy way to check this is to go under the dash and unplug the remote start.. if the lights go out it is Remote start related, if not goto your local salvage yard and gran another headlight switch.. should be pretty easy...

you might have a wire crossed in the electrical circut try unpluging the vehicle speed sensor from the transmission see if your lights still go out let me know rstydoug@aol.com
