Question about HTC explorer

1 Answer

Stop acting up

Whenever I turn on my GPRS my cellphone starts to act up. It opens the applications on it's on, starts making calls, deletes messages and just spirals out of control until I turn the gprs off. Same thing happens when I charge it or connect it to my pc. It stops responding and I can't use it until it has fully charged or has been disconnected from the pc.

SOURCE: htc gprs connections problem

Was your phone bought there? Some phones do not work in other parts of the world, with or without GPRS, etc. That is not something that we could help you with, what you need to do is contact customer service and explain your dilemma to them. It may be that it is just not compatible with your phone, and therefore will not work regardless.

SOURCE: HTC Viva and WIFI Problem Connection

Hello, wifi is a sort of WLAN conection. you need a wireless router to be able to use wifi. there are two ways to connect to the internet on the touch viva. 1st way is by the sim card and that costs you a lot of money!!! the other way is by a wlan router, you can access to the internet as long as you want is you have a flatrate. My good tipp: switch off the gprs connection, it will only cost you a lot of money. you will still be able to make phone calls. Ilost about 60$ (i mean it!) by trying to access to the internet by gprs.

How to retreive data from Samsung Galaxy Pocket Cell Phone

well ,bro ! Take it easy, Firdt of all, do you have google account or facebook, or other backup apps? you can reocver data from google account and the facebook account can save your photos in its server, so you can recover photos from them. Secondly ,you have installed PC companion of the Samsung phone to your computer, right? Thus ,you can check the PC companion, maybe you can find some backup from the application, which will make a backup for your phone when you connect the phone to the computer. Lastly, if you do not have any backup, you can recover photos by some recovery software, such Recuva, which just can recover 60% data.Anyway you can try to use other one is better, know more here: http://www.card-data-recovery.com/recover-photos-videos-from-samsung-galaxy.html

My problem is my 3230 cellphone sometimes it appear memory full closed some application.

You may want to delete the following items regularly to avoid memory getting
low:
• Messages from the Inbox, Drafts, and Sent folders in Messaging.
• Retrieved e-mail messages from the phone memory.
• Saved browser pages.
• images and photos in images.
To delete contact information, calendar notes, call timers, call cost timers, game
scores, or any other data, go to the respective application to remove the data.
If you are deleting multiple items and another of the following notes are shown:
Not enough memory to perform operation. Delete some data first. or Memory low.
Delete some data. try deleting items one by one (starting from the smallest item).
Clearing the calendar memory - To remove more than one event at a time, go to
the Month view and select Options→Delete entry→

GPRS settings

you mean that the operator sends you the setting as a message? yea well try to delete some old unnecessary messages(SMS/MMS). then try it again-have your settings sent to you. If still impossible, try to delete a picture or a music file.
Or better:
Call the operator support line and ask the assistant to dictate the settings for your phone(be sure to have a pen+paper on hand) and write them down. Then find the GPRS settings in the menu of your phone and set them up. Refer to the manual if you bump into difficulties.
