Question about Vizio Televison & Video
I found "Picture Mode" Custom, but when I scrolled down, and selected Brightness, it is stuck at 77. It suggests that I can adjust the brightness with the "+" function, but it does not move. If I hit the "+" key, the volume slider appears, and I find that I am adjusting the volume, not the brightness. The weird thing is, I've done this before, and changed the Brightness to 100, but now I can't figure out how I did, nor why it reverted back to 77, when I set it at 100. Please help!
You are not in the screen menu, you are in the audio menu or you are not even in the settings menu at all.

Hi my name is Roety,
I can help you with your issue ,
Check in the menu to demo/sales mode
There is a mode in the menu on some models for the sales floor. It resets the Tv back every ten minutes just in case a customer has messed with the adjustments

If you have more questions you can still respond until this post expires,

Most likely you are in "retail" mode which intentionally reverts back to "vivid" which is deemed best for store display purposes.
Go to pg 21 of the manual and follow the first half of the reset instructions. Once you've chosen "home" (after first selecting "langauge") you need not go any deeper into set-up mode, just exit at this point.
99.95% sure this will solve your problem and your "picture" selections will now stay put.
