Question about EnGenius EOC-2611 - Wireless Access Point 802.11b/g 600 mW Dual-POL E
I have two engenious eoc2611 one as a access point one as a bridge. Ive used them for 2 years and no problem. I recently switch from verizon fios to comcast and my download speeds wirelessly are cut in half. But my hard wired speeds are up. Is there some kind of setting i have to change, thanks
Sorry to see you leave FiOS.
Without knowing how your EOC-2611s connect to your network, I can only speculate. But...assuming your 2611 plugs into the Comcast router... Check the Ethernet port status. It should be 100Mbps Full (Duplex). If it auto-negotiated to half duplex, that would explain your throughput issues.
