Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a dell desktop computer and my cursor is frozen I have a blank screen but I have the icons down the bottom I tried rebooting it and also pressing the control key and the alt key and the delete

OK first try and disconnect from the power for at least 10 minutes. Then when she is restarted hit the escape key and see what it "boots up to. Make sure it boots "optical"(CD etc), and then Hard drive. and then again restart. This time keep hitting F9 or whatever the emergency start is and that will take you to safe mode. If it does not then you may have either a dodgy hard drive or a corrupted windows.
In either case get you master disc out (oh dear you have not got one, then scrounge one of the same genre Vista etc) from a friend and see what happens when you try to boot from the disc.
I am guessing that you have serious problems though, eg us hard drive and or corrupt hard drive that effectively means getting a new hard drive and a new copy of windows which probably is not worth it.
Me, I would get a motherboard bundle, a new hard drive and new windows from someone like Novotech and redo.
Moral, never ever get a machine from a source, if you do a limited build yourself you can always get it going again with limited parts.
Sorry I cannot be more helpful.

Turn the phone off wait 10 seconds and turn it back on. The problem should be gone until the next time you do what you did to get it in that condition/state.

My 4x4 expedition has a hard time taking off at a dead stop like one or more wheels are hung upwhat could be the issue or where could I start to check it?

Assuming that the engine/transmission is working properly, it's most likely a brake that is sticking.
Is it possible that the Emergency Brake is on? It may not be 'On' in the cabin, but it may also be frozen under the car (either from temperature or from rust) which would cause both the rear wheels to 'drag'.
If it isn't anything to do with the motor/trans/E.Brake, then it is probably one of the other brakes.
