I was wanting to know how to get a new charger and the price
You may receive a complimentary charger under the one year warranty. Please note that a receipt (emailed, faxed or mailed to 14270 Albers Way, Chino CA 91710) is required for a complimentary charger. If you are unable to obtain a copy of the receipt and wish to purchase a replacement charger, please contact customer service for further details on where you may purchase a charger.
You may request a new charger by going to our website [http://www.contelusa.net/], clicking on the SUPPORT tab at the top and selecting RMA PORTAL from the drop down menu. You will be directed to our RMA Portal website where you will need to create a customer account.
Once this account has been made, you may then create a NEW RMA REQUEST. You will want to select "Request Tablet Charger - DC Charger" or "Request Tablet Charger - USB Charger" from the list at the bottom of the page based on what model tablet you need a charger for (model numbers listed to the left on the same page).
Please note that you will be asked to submit a photo of your product. Please uncheck this box (under the DETAILS box) to skip this step.
*Please note that our shipping carrier cannot ship to PO Boxes and requires a physical address.
** Please also note that we do not ship outside of the continental USA. If you are located outside of the continental USA there will be an additional shipping cost. Please email your full physical address so that we may provide an accurate shipping quote. This must be done before your RMA request is approved.
Within 48 hours your request will be updated and you should receive an email that your status is now "OPEN". A new charger will be sent to you once the receipt has been received. There is no need to send the tablet or damaged/old charger back to us.

Try going to Google.com and typing in the charger number it should show you possible vendors to choose from.
