The problem turns out to be the Philips TDA8925ST "Class D" amplifier chip. They are readily available from Rich-Tech in Ricmond British Columbia, for less than $5.00. Even the shipping is more expensive. Any repair shop can do the replacement for those who are not techinaclly initiated. I had more trouble getting into the darn T.V. than fixing the problem

the problem is with the capacitor inside the tv the power is not being transferred from the wall to the relay and to the capacitor and its too weak to power up the tv they need to be replaced and will cost up to 100 dollars to change them out the part itself is only about 7 dollars but has to be soldered into the board of the tv or something
