For the gathers VXH-082C car radio, I put some mp3 files on an M2 memory stick, used the adapter to connect, but nothing, what did I do wrong?

Most likely reason is these sticks must be formatted in a specific format. (See your car's radio / USB section). Also, they usually need the files to be in the root folder.

Can you play a mp3 on this radio and if so how

According to the specs it can play MP2 and MP2 music files,
You can check the specs from this WEB site.
http://shop.panasonic.com/shop/model/SC-HC27?t=specs
You need to copy the MP3 music files to an USB memory stick and connect it to the Panasonic then select the USB memory stick music file to play.

My Sony memory stick pro duo magic gate mark 2 is not shows images on pc but in my camera, but the photos are visible on Sony cybershot camera

Some Sony Cybershot camera's have a small amount of memory built into the camera. Double check that the camera is set to put the pictures onto the memory stick.
If the camera is set up correctly, the memory stick may not be formatted correctly for your computer. If at all possible, connect the camera to your computer directly with the USB cable that should have come with it.

Internet connection of psp

To connect to the internet on your PSP, you need a Wireless Router or Wireless Access Point. Once you have a wireless one, you should know the name of your router. That's what an SSID (Service Set Identifier) is.
Once you know this information you should be able to find your router on your PSP. Once you do you should have a password on your router so no one you don't know can use your internet. When adding a connection on your PSP you will also need to enter the password for your router. You can use WEP, WPA-PSK (TKIP) or WPA-PSK (AES). WPA-PSK (TKIP) or WPA-PSK (AES) have very high security and WEP has a lower security.
Once you have added your connection, just type an address and surf! Not all websites will load because some require too much memory.

Assuming you have Official SONY PSP Firmware, Update to the latest version by going to Settings>Network Update. Locate your router and use it as the network connection.
Download the needed files and update by going to Game>Memory Stick>PSP Update.

Once you finish Update, go to Network>Internet Radio>About Internet radio. It will take you to a website to download the files needed and will install to your Memory Stick.

To put music on your Memory Stick, the Music must be MP3, AAC, M4A or WMA format.
Open your memory stick on your computer by pluggin in a USB cable to your PSP and going to Network>USB Connection or you can put the memory stick in a card reader.
Once in the root of your memory stick, there should be a folder called "Music". Put your music in there or in one more folder inside that. Two folders inside of each other will not be playable.

Place videos in the "Video" folder on the root of your memory stick.
Videos need to be MP4 format. 368X208 Highest MPEG4 Codec, or 480X272 x264 or AVC codec.

Need a converter?

Its a free and very good converter. Try it

Psp

* Make sure you have inserted a memory stick, and enable the usb connection via settings=>usb connection

* Check the usb cable, or simply find another one to try if it works.

* If there is a memory stick inside the psp and the psp can recognize it, then you most probably have a problem with your cable or usb port.

* if there is a memory stick inside the psp and the psp cannot recognize it, as well as the computer, then you are most likely to have a failure with your memory card.

There are too many possibilities, maybe you can give me details straightaway, so more people can help you.

Usb cable

Just like sorta of add-on to szwaan's answer:

You must have a memory stick to put music into your psp such as mp3 files, the psp itself does not have any internal memory for you to store any music files whatsoever.

if you got a memory stick already, connect your psp to your computer via usb cable, select usb under the setting section of your psp, and the memory stick drive will appear in your "my computer", so you can drag your music into the Music folder of your memory stick and play them from your psp.

PSP

as long as you have connected the usb lead and tried in different ports, make sure you are selecting USB Connection in the settings menu on the psp, it should then connect, but some older pc's may not have enough voltage sent to the usb ports to read the psp, if this is so you will need to buy a powered usb hub.
