Hi if the water is getting into the oil of the water pump there is an oil seal between behind each piston ( usually three ) thet will need to be replaced. drain oil tank . remove head you will see seals that need replacing ( plastic ring oil ring and oil seal) 1 of each per cylinder. caution to keep all the parts ( under the bigger bolts are non retun valves , they should not need to be replaced. sometimes replaceing the pump head is cheaper.

Water get into oil

Water in oil makes the oil go grey / milky or white . Check the cooling system by a pressure test and if it is holding then it will not be water in the oil.. If you are referring to transmission oil then the tan colour indicates burnt oil, and must be replaced. Water in that oil will also be a white cherry/ milky colour.

Refrase 1996 hyundai excel ,oil in water no water in sump oil.

Oil in the water is usually a sign of a head gasket leak, because the high pressure oil passes through to the head in order to lubricate the camshaft.
The oil return passages also go through the head gasket, but are too low pressure to usually cause any problem.
As long as there is no water in the oil or loss of water, I would keep driving it.
The oil in the water will not hurt anything. If it eventually gets worse and leaks water, then you will have to do the head gasket. Costs about $500.
Of you can do it yourself for about $75 if you know how to use a torque wrench.

Water getting into oil

If its just condensation in the oil cap or dipstick, to some degree its normal. However if you have water in the oil and its very creamy in texture, its probably a head gasket leak, or cracked head. Its important to get it repaired soon, or total engine bearing failure will result.

I have filled the water reservoir several times a week. There is no leaks what could be wrong and where could the water be going?

Check the oil fill cap to see if there is any water or antifreeze leaking into the oil through a bad gasket in the engine. To much water getting into the oil will ultimately cause your engine to seize, ruining your engine. A light tan substance on the underside of the oil fill cap also is indicative of water getting into your oil.
