How do I get back to the way facebook came up before I messed with the signon

Facebook should never ask you to install anything on login. Be sure the address bar in your browser says "". There are several websites that mimic Facebook and have misspelled names like which will attempt to install malicious software on your computer, or steal your login information. Once you are able to login to Facebook normally, I suggest changing your password immediately.

How do I turn OFFG pop up blocker?

If this is an AOL supplied pop up blocker try the steps below.

Try looking at the top of your aol browser for something like tools or settings. Search inside them for the popup blocker. You can also just type popup blocker in aol's help to find out how to turn it off.

If this is an Internet Explorer pop up blocker, try the steps below:

Turn off the pop up blocker in the Internet Options in the control panel. Click Start/Control Panel/Internet Options or Start/Control Panel/Network and Sharing. Look for Internet Options. If you have the menu bar at the top of your browser just click Tools/Internet Options. When Internet Options opens click the Privacy tab and look down towards the bottom and remove the check mark from Turn On Popup Blocker the click Apply/OK.

If you have google toolbar at the top of your browser it has a pop up blocker also. So you can turn it off by clicking where it says Blocked, then it will allow popups from that website.

Im receiving a pop up document every day- its a pop up about that says its a good idea to make a shift to windows 8. I cant get rid of it simply because i cant find the file-name. Is there someone out...

This could be one of two things. If you're using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your web browser, it may be recommending that you download a newer version of the browser. You can download it from here. If you're running Windows XP, you'll be limited to version 8, but if you have Windows Vista or Windows 7, you can download version 9.
It could also be some sort of virus or malware on your computer, attempting to lure you into visiting a malicious website to download more malicious software. You may want to visit and download the free version of their Anti-Malware program to scan your computer for problems as well.

Will not play....Charter Security says "malicious code found in file C, infection SDBot.gen9

You have a backdoor worm/virus that's infected your machine.
If you use WinXP click on the start menu and click on the run box, in the box type mrt.exe and hit the enter key, Microsoft's malicious removal tool window will pop up and you can scan and delete and malicious software from C drive, in the options part have it scan the whole computer, be patient as it will take some time to complete.

If its Vista you use scan the computer with your antivirus software.

Good luck
