Computer will not boot. It keeps restarting

It never loads to the motherboard stage,just keeps restarting

You do need to goto the bios setup, then go to startup-> locate where say boot . Looking at the values at bottom of the screen you can change the priority order, by moving down to the hard drive and then press the + key to move up to the first Priority > press F10 to save and exit

Hi, boot your system to BIOS. and locate the HDD, check if the it's under SATA if not choose SATA. press F10 to save settings and restart your computer and let load on windows.

It may be that your time period to activate has ran out . Or you can try to boot it in safe mode and see what it does. It may boot up . If that don't work , put in you win 7 disk and do a repair NOT RECOVERY . That will load lost or corrupted files . It could be just what you need to boot it up and start your system the right way . I can't enter cmos althouh i press del or f2 when i press del ,next screen appear blank with cursor. will this problem solve by upgrading bios?

if you want to get your computer out of power safe mode

Hi.

Go into the BIOS and set the BIOS configuration to its default settings. Save the changes and exit the BIOS.
When the computer restarts see if it will boot past the Windows logo.

PC keeps on restarting


Power supply can be your issue , when windows boots from CD it a mear dos-mode boot , If it was motherbaord problem it wouldn't boot at all . If you move power supply to test the motherboard issue just make sure it enough power to boot the other motherboard ( some pwer supplies can boot all motherboards )
