Fuse keeps blowing when tv powers on.


Some component isn't soildered properly. You are shorting the fuse (grounded). Check for bad connections and bad soilder joints.


Once repaired your problem will be fixed :)

Sounds like you could have a bad soilder joint in the radio. If you hit the top or bottom of the radio does it help? If so its soilder. You match your antenna to your truck not the radio. You might want to recheck it.

this could be a bad crystal or bad soilder around the crystal.Hard to help you with this one but if you know where your crystals are at just mov e it alittle or touch the soilder side and see if it helps it if so do some touchup on your soilder.

sounds like you're off freq. this could be a bad crystal or bad soilder on the board around the crystal.

No picture just sound


Had the same problem, took the back off and found some bad soilder joints on two of the main circut boards. Re-soildered and appears to be fixed.

No problem! 2=RED 3=Black 1=White The wire without a color is ground. It can be soldered to pin 1 if necessary. Hope this helps.
