Question about Philips 55PL9223 55" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
I have the opportunity to pick up a Philips 55PL9223 for cheap, but the guy says the lamp needs to be replaced. What can I expect to pay for the lamp, and does anyone have an approximate cost. A source would be nice also.
Any other opinions on this TV? Good or bad, I want to hear them all. Any long term cost issues that I should know about?
Assuming the TV works once I replace the lamp, what would it be worth?
Lamp could run 200-325 would be my guess. check out ebay for one and get an extra if its a good price. lamps are common for going out.
